Our shipping time consists of two sections:

Processing Period: Verification of order details, sourcing, quality checks and packaging. All orders are dispatched from our supplier warehouse within 72 hours after the order is placed and the payment is received. 

Shipping Period: The time taken to arrive to destination after dispatch from our warehouses. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Can I return a product?

Our policy lasts 30 days from arrival date.

This is because most of our products are sanitary and personal products. 

We will accept the return on products which were shipped out by us and the item is faulty or defective due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong item or damaged item). Item(s) must be returned together with proof of purchase and image provided before sending. Please make sure you check your size before ordering.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our support team via returns@gadgetnero.com for more information.

If the product is received defective then we will cover the return postage.

 

Exchanges 

We will accept exchanges. We will replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receiving. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at returns@gadgetnero.com.

Make sure to include your name and order number# when you contact stating you would like to return your item for exchange. 

Once received we will usually respond to your query within 24 hours. 

 

1 Year Warranty

All items are covered under 1 year company guarantee. If your item becomes faulty due to natural use we will replace your product free of charge no questions asked.

Once your order is dispatched you will recieve a further confirmation email with your warranty document for your item.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. Sometimes there is a processing time (2-5 business days) before a refund is posted.

Cancel order

You can only cancel your order within 24 hours from purchasing time. If you cancel after 24 hours and your parcel has been processed, please be informed that a management, processing and transaction fee (30% of your total order value) will be applied for the cancellation. Once your item shipped you will have to start a return in our return center to cancel your order.
